Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds are handled for idupath plan purchases.

Because plan access begins immediately after successful payment, refunds are normally limited to clear billing errors, duplicate charges, or technical failures that prevented activation.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact support@idupath.com within 7 days of purchase and include the purchase email, exam type, and plan length.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank and payment provider.
